Nightmarish experience... We came with real intention to buy perfume in this shop. When we arrived, the lady in the shop looked at us with neglect and disinterest from the start as if we were not there. The lady looked miserable and was not at all nice. She had no interest selling her goods to us and it was painful to get to smell some of the different perfumes. We left the shop without buying anything because obviously the lady did not want us to do so and more importantly, we respect ourselves and would spend money in a shop where the person does not see us as human and does not care about buyers or respect them. Why should we spend our money in such a hostile place? It is a shame as we would have bought perfumes for sure if the seller had been normal and not worthless. How can such talentness people work as salespeople and expect people to buy anything from them?

They have lovely merchandise all of which can be purchased elsewhere. There is no reason to set foot in this store. They are very rude and inhospitable Americans beware.

Sono solita acquistare profumi per ambiente: mi aiuta sempre un giovane commesso, molto professionale e sollecito. Ottimo negozio ove recarsi per fare un regalo; le confezioni, come ho avuto modo di vedere sino ad ora, sono sempre state eleganti.
Non è una profumeria, ma un'esperienza olfattiva, un percorso psico somatico. Una meraviglia. Un incanto. La massima qualità ed eccellenza. Il personale davvero professionale e gentile, la titolare una creatura antica d'altri temoi, un incanto di persona. Esci fuori e sei clienti btento di ciò che hai speso xchè è una coccola
