Per Me focuses mainly on sea products which is perfect for seafood lovers. They go through raw fish, fish soup, different composition of ingredients coming from the sea and they make something really exceptional. You should eat each dish in one bite, otherwise, there is no point. cocktails of flavor was amazing. Also you can give an idea of your ideal mocktail and they will do it on the spot. The service was above everything. Elegant and pleasant fine dining experience.

We visited this beautiful restaurant a feg days ago and had an unbelievable lunch there. The tappi are a great way to experience the diversity and the finesse of their cooking skills. The raw fish selection was wonderful both in presentation and in taste and every single dish was amazing.

I feel so fortunate to have eaten here. If you are looking for a special dining experience in Rome, please consider this delight. Every moment was curated and the service was impeccable. It felt like being served by gentle secret service members. I loved the focus on wines from all over Italy, and the pigeon 5 ways was such a fun way to try an ingredient I wouldn’t typically order.

We had a fantastic dinner here on 19 June, 2020, our first real meal at a restaurant after 3 months of lock down. The meal was the perfect one to end quarantine and to again enjoy top quality food. Seafood is the main attraction at Per Me, and Giulio delivers by highlighting local Mediterranean catches with Italian flavor. Giulio is also a fantastic host, going above and beyond when one of the dishes wasn't as strong as the others (but just on a matter of personal taste, as I find red mullet to be slightly lacking in complexity). Overall, it was a memorable meal in a lovely location. We will return again.

Had the 4 course lunch tasting menu with wine pairing a few days ago. Lovely hidden place, not easy to find. Modern decor, great food, especially like the red cabbage risotto. It was a bit hot sitting inside because they have opened the windows. Nevertheless we had a lovely lunch.
