I asked my suite case trouble. The problem was solved completely on next day. The staff are keeping rapid response and give me satisfaction. I will buy here also next time.
Discovered a missing piece on my luggage Saturday night--our flight was the next morning. Called Pellux and spoke to Antonio. "We close in an hour, can you get here before then?" he asks. We zip over just before closing time. The place was packed with rich Chinese buying tons of stuff, but in less than 5 minutes he fixed the problem, no charge. OUTSTANDING customer service, top-of-the-line luggage items. Definitely will come back again--with a souvenir for Antonio!
In need of a new suitcase and the staff at Rimowa were more than happy to assist. They were very friendly, and even held my suitcase while I continued to shop in the area. High-priced, but also high-quality with a great warranty.
We know the products, so I will leave this to everyone for themselves to decide if they like Rimowa What I will write about however is the customer service After the recent acquisition of Rimowa, a lot has been written about less than average customer service provided due to the companies French management, that said This was maybe the best Rimowa customer I have ever had, the staff was very accommodating and tried to service my Topas a lot faster than usual, and when I came to pick it up, they even managed to do more than they originally stated they could in this amount of time Even though I stated this when I picked it up, again thank you very much for the great service, as some one who travels more than 200 days a yr, this was convinced me once again that Rimowa is just the suitcase but the follow up service you buy Thanks again to the, I assume, store manager and his colleague with a grey beard, happy holidays

avoid if you can. Im not as rich as the other tourist who walk into the store. But i deserve some dignity. No smile , not very helpful but i needed a rimowa. Still i bought 1 unit from them. And yet. Still no smile , not very helpful and they feel like i should be kick out from the store immediately. So i guess please avoid this store. Buy somewhere else of you have time. But there is a lot of selection and stocks.
