Most probably the worst service I have ever received. I paid their deposit upfront for a simple fan replacement, after a few days they called me and asked for a completely ridiculous amount of money to proceed. They weren't transparent with the pricing at all. I had to tell them I didn't want the repair done. Afterwards they refused to answer simple questions about my situation even though I had paid for their services in the deposit. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Definitely avoid doing business with this place at all cost. (Edit as a response) The whole point of you disassembling and reassembling the laptop was to find a possible replacement for the fan. The amount I paid for your services should have included the answer to the simple question \What is the model of the fan?\. Don't you worry, I am completely aware that the replacement isn't available in Italy, that is exactly why I chose not to proceed. If you had given me my money's worth and told me the model, I would have gotten to the fan without paying the 285 you asked for a simple laptop fan replacement. But you are so money hungry that you refused to tell me what I had paid for. As for being untruthful, even though you told me that you had found a replacement for the fan and it would cost 285 to replace, today when I talked to your colleague he told me that he couldn't tell me anything because you hadn't even found the exact replacement model yet. I don't know if this is a miscommunication between you or a blatant lie but still it's not a good look. In the future I advise you to treat your customers more sensibly.

Ho portato il mio portatile per la sostituzione di una ventola (prezzo di mercato intorno ai 25 euro), tempo impiegato 13 giorni, costo totale del servizio, 95 euro. Giudicate voi. Per il resto il personale è gentile e il computer ora funziona perfettamente.

Mi hanno detto una cosa non vera volevano farmi cambiare tutta la scheda madre perché non funzionava l attacco scheda video invece era solo la scheda video infatti lo cambiata e adesso va come mai, Non ho visto ancora i miei soldi pur avendo sbagliato la diagnosi

Dovendo dopo 8anni cambiare il mio computer, mi sono recato da PC Buster, inizialmente per iniziare a farmi delle idee. Da subito sono stato accolto con educazione e cordialità, i ragazzi hanno ascoltato, con attenzione quali potevano essere le mie esigenze, consigliandomi il prodotto che secondo loro sarebbe stato perfetto per me.
