DON’T PARK IN THIS PLACE They tried to drill the driver’s door to steal all our belongings. We were “lucky” that they didn’t arrived to open the door, but now, our rented car is damaged. When confronting the guy in duty, he just repeated over and over that the parking does not carry any responsibility for any loss. Clearly there is a mafia gang operating here and of course parking operator/owner is fully aware of this without doing anything for assuring the security of the parked cars. PLEASE AVOID.

Large open air parking lot just a few minutes away from the Duomo and the leaning tower. On the plus side: it is reasonably priced, which was a surprise this close to the main attraction in Pisa. It also has a large capacity, so you are very likely to find a spot available. When we got there around 7 am there were just 4 other cars in the entire lot. When we left around 8 am just a few more. I suspect it gets a lot busier later in the day, though. On the minus side: access to the parking is wide open both at the entrance and at the exit, and the parking appears to be unguarded. Your belongings in your car are most certainly not safe from thieves.
Outdoor parking. Be careful because the moment you get out of your car there are guys selling you stuff. Don't leave anything of value om the car.
Open area parking lot with reasonable price and looks safe also. 10mins walk to Pisa tower.
The parking is ok. If I remember correctly they give you a token and you pay the amount of time you've spent by handing it to a cashier. The area was surrounded by all sorts of people who were trying to sell things.
