This store appears to be closed down. 2pm in the afternoon, the square is busy yet the store is locked tight. Sad, I was thinking about buying my wife some Italian gold jewelry.

I was in San Gimignano for one day while on vacation in October with my husband and we went into this jewelry shop to watch them work. I fell in love with a beautiful pendant but it was already sold so the owner offered to make one of a similar design for me and ship it to me in the states. He let me pick out the stones and we worked out the design. It arrived last week and it is BEAUTIFUL! The craftsmanship is amazing and it was just what we agreed. I have been all over the world and bought many pieces of jewelry over the last 5 years. I think this one is the finest work - I am thrilled- it was well worth the wait.
