Benvenuti in medio oriente.. Accoglienza attenta, gentile e discreta. Abbiamo scelto di mangiare all'interno anche se fuori si stava benone perché volevamo immergerci nel clima creato ad hoc nel locale. Tutto affascinante: la musica, i mobili, i lampadari, le decorazioni, i gestori che parlano in lingua originale tra di loro, le pietanze e il modo in cui vengono descritte accuratamente. All'inizio abbiamo provato l'ayran (chiedo scusa se il nome è sbagliato), una bevanda a base di yogurt, il sapore è molto particolare, quindi consiglio di chiedere di assaggiarlo se volete prenderlo (non a tutti può piacere). Alla fine abbiamo scelto di prendere anche il tipico tè, perfetto per concludere il pasto. Prezzi nella norma per un ristorante etnico: prendendo 2 antipasti, 2 piatti unici a base di riso, 2 assaggi di ayran, mezzo litro di vino, il tè abbiamo speso circa 60. Che esperienza..da ripetere!
