I visited a shop in Padova and met Stefano, who works at the shop. He is incredibly friendly and professional (and speaks perfect English. This is a very big advantage). I visited to buy a Canon EOS R5, but for his kindness and recommendation, I bought the RF lens 15-35. .(I am very satisfied) What is the right service for consumers? The seller must be kind, have professional knowledge, recommend appropriate equipment without overdoing, and be accurate and trustworthy. Also fast delivery (ND adapter was delivered in one day!). 'After Service' (He has been helping smoothly with cashback and other tasks after a few months.) I don't know who the shop owner is. But through Stefano, I was happy to get all the services I wanted and purchased the equipment (his way of working should be imitated by all other employees). I bought additionally A7s3 and GM lens through Stefano yesterday. (When I talked about the urgent situation, I delivered it directly to my house.) Thanks, Stefano

I went there before Christmas and they told me to come the day after to pick up my order, other than the incorrect time, my order was not ready. I had a train after that and I couldn't make it, I understand that with the pressure of the holidays it is hard to keep up with everything, it is ok. But for the workers there, it didn't matter for them, the woman there even didn't want to explain the things clearly for me. The vibe felt so robotic and as if they want only the money and not the real photography person to person experience. the price is fine but the place is far a bit, it is not really worth it:)
