I went here to change the arms of my broken glasses. I paid 45. When I came to pick up my glasses,they only changed the arms of it,it was still unbalanced and I couldn’t wear it. When I asked Ms.SHEILA S. to fix it she yelled at me said it can’t be fixed since I broke it. When I asked her why she didn’t tell that it wasn’t fixable before I gave the money, she kept on yelling at me. I further asked her to at least rebalance the glasses at first she told me “no I can’t change it you broke it”. When I kept on insisting for another repair she started to talk in Italian to another colleague even when I asked her to keep it in English. another college came and try to fix it. Even though she couldn’t fix it as well she was helpful. Right after I left I went to another store which is right next to porta Venezia metro station and he fixed it in5 minutes. Her attitude is not acceptable. Do not come here and save yourself from trouble.

Ha l'aspetto di un outlet ma i prezzi sono decisamente alti. Assicurazioni accessorie costose, a differenza di altri ottici che le offrono gratuitamente. Personale insistente e locale angusto ti mettono a disagio. Sconsigliato.

Il casino che mi hanno combinato non si può descrivere, incompetenti e maleducati, ora sto aspettando come risolvono il problema del occhiale, che mi ha fatto perdere il lavoro e ho dovuto fare un casino per farli capire che non vanno bene le lenti, anche se la graduatoria è regolare la lente ha qualcosa che non va, ho passato due settimane con la mal di testa, senza vista e vomito solo perché qualcuno non ha saputo fare il suo lavoro, ve lo giuro vi chiude per il casino che farò, vi denuncio per i danni morali e fisici che mi avete combinato, è la terza volta che ho riportato l'occhiale in raggio di un anno e mi dicono che è passato troppo tempo ormai per aggiustare le cose... Ringrazio lo store di De Angeli di Milano e quello di via Sparano di Bari sempre di GranVision che mi hanno dato ragione e ho avuto coraggio di pretendere, ora non mi fermo più...
