Went into emergency, hospital staff were simply exceptional. Diego (the nurse) was extremely kind and the Doctors were nothing short of amazing! could not speak more highly of our experience in emergency. Excellent service! My wife fell and fractured her hand. The doctor took care of her immediately kept her for six hours for observation because of bump on her head. The next morning orthopedic dr put hand in cast it took 17mins From time we got there until he finished Amazing! And the service was free. I cannot believe it This would have cost thousands of dollars back home in Florida. Doctors and staff were great!

Excellent service. I was tourist to Milan and unluckily had a health problem. Suggested by the drugstore since it was just 1 station from centrale, I got there and very surprised by the services that I've had in this hospital. The nurses, doctors were so nice and kindly gave me advices, instructions that helped me to continue the trip to Firenze the very next day ! And as I was told by the doctor, this establishment is totally free for both Italian and non-Italian people !
