I have mixed feelings about the hospital. First, it's beautiful from the outside but the inside is bleak. Signage as it is non-existent and I get lost every time. The emergency room is dreadful; I once waited 12hrs! Very few English speaking staff which is a shame in a global world. Half the staff are rude and incompetent. The night staff in gynecology were dreadful and privacy doesn't exist. However, what saved it for me was the professionalism and quality care I received during my surgery. The doctor and nurses treated me with the upmost respect and care even though I was a foreigner. They never mentioned money or treated me badly. I was so scared needing to have an operation while in a foreign country, but the doctor assured me she'd take care of me. And she did a fantastic job! This hospital needs some minor tweaking and some higher training. My husband had a procedure done with anesthesia that I've never seen done before without it. He was in so much pain, screamed so loudly, and could have went into shock. They need better training. I heard this was the best hospital in Italy... and that's scary. Because it is average at best!

Terrible chain of hospitals. Went in the emergency with complaints of asthma and difficulty breathing and I was asked for my credit card. I asked if I could leave since I couldn't afford to pay hospital bills and the nurse was super rude, insisted on me staying and took a copy of my credit card, which as far as I know is not even legal. Then proceeded to tell me that this place wasn't like America (referring to healthcare) and still made me leave with a 370 hospital bill, for some exams and a pat on the back. I feel so scammed...

Too much bad service. You know they called it emergency service when you wait with your patient more than 4 hours . Is that treatment is a joke
