This is not a shop or the manufacturing site but I guess it’s the distribution centre for this family run business. They process Italian olives from various areas the the result is a delicious, slightly peppery olive oil. We turned up on the doorstep (according to Google maps it was open) and the owners called their daughter-in-law who understands English and thus enabled us to have a conversation. On top of the delicious olive oil, I’m very “picky” when it comes to my olive oil, they were the most friendly and helpful owners you can imagine.

This olive oil is amazing! Like wine I find it very rewarding to search for an olive oil that makes you happy! I found this heavenly oil on a farmers market in Southern Sweden years ago and I can't get enough. Sprinkle it on anything and taste the fresh green meadows of Italy!
