Unpleasant, honestly I can't believe that our hotel recommend this place just because of a 10% discount, I believe they have an agreement with all of the accommodations here, the equipment was okish, but they charge everything differently, we even payed an extra warranty just to be sure if anything happend. In the end do to a family emergency we had to return the equipment 3 days earlier and they didn't want to give us a refund for those days. When I asked to talk to the manager or their boss, he or she was apparently away and they wouldn't give me here number since she CAN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!

We had a great experience. Robert served us and was helpful, engaging and efficient. He sorted out our skis and boots, sold us the insurance and made the experience a generally pleasant one. I would recommend this place, although I do appreciate that when they're busier it may be more complicated. Enjoy.
