We got a very nice car (SUV instead of minivan) for an amazing price. The office is a bit far away from the airport, but still on walking distance. There was no shuttle due to the Corona situation. The staff was friendly and fast.

Really good. Lots of bad stories about rental places, but these guys were quick, professional and easy to find. The shuttle wasnt running from the airport due to Covid, but it was just a 500m walk. Nice new car provided, and no hassle dropping the car back. Would recommend these guys.
I reserved a Fiat 500 at their Naples airport office, however upon collection I was told by the gentleman at the office that it is not safe to drive a Fiat 500 in Naples as they are targets of thieves, therefore he offered me a Toyota Aygo instead, although it was an automatic car, I still considered this as a downgrade, the car didn’t even have air conditioner but luckily it was September so wasn’t too hot.. when I was in their garage I looked around, they didn’t even have a Fiat 500 there! Although the overall driving experience was fine, still if I knew they would not give me a Fiat 500 I would’ve gone for the cheapest possible option, since I should not be paying the same price for a Toyota Aygo.
One of the worst experiences so far with rentals.On the 11th of November I receive 2 messaged on the traffic violations I have apparently committed in Naples on 04.09.2020. When I look at the details, I see that two invoices have been issued by this company with a description of administrative costs. Leaving aside the fact that nobody at Nollegiare informed me about the fact that Naples has ZTL (limited traffic zones), which would have been easier to avoid if I would know, I find it absurd that for 1 service, they are charging me twice. I understand the administrative cost for providing my details to the police or authority that has requested those details, but why twice? I believe these details have been provided at once, taking into account that according to the details of the fines I am supposed to receive, the felony happened at a distance of 4 minutes. Moreover, after dropping the rental, I wrote to them several times concerning an expense of 6 EUR that has been taken from my credit card, without receiving any explanations for this whatsoever. Lastly, the cars they advertise on their website is not the cars you will get. With our initial booking we have rented a Fiat 500. When we arrive at the counter, the responsible laughs into our face saying that they don't even have this car, because this model gets stolen too often in Naples, and we should be happy with what we get. Ah, and cherry on the cake, pay attention on the pick-up location. They advertise themselves as having pick-up points at the airport and downtown, when in reality, they have only at the airport. The first night we arrived we didn't take a rental, and the next day when we were supposed to pick it up, we were looking for downtown HQ, as other companies have, only to see that they don't have one. Had to pay 20 EUR for a taxi of course, because no shuttle bus service is offered either... Would give 0 starts if that would be a possibility.
Pretty smooth experience alltogether. No weird hidden costs, car was better than agreed upon. Recommend!
