It's a NEX, they are very supportive but timelines can sometimes be an issue. With the advent of the new NEX Online and \ship to any store\ system, it should help reduce stock fluctuations and the occasional issues where people mass purchase and they run out faster than anticipated. They also finnaly got tempurpedic mattresses instock, albeit a bit on the higher end but worth it.
