In-store pick-upIn-store shopping
This used to be an easy going shop back in the days but it has turned out to be a mobile shop with not so easy-going staff. If I think of entering into that shop for enquiries or anything of the sort, it can never be my first choice! The idea just turns me down! I don't know how the staff feels. Most of us never feel comfortable. Customer service is really poor! If there aren't other Wind shops it will never be my first or the last choice even though I live close to it. They're too proud- calling spade a spade!

5 stelle meritatissime. Gentilissima e preparatissima e molto paziente Martina che mi ha assistito per l'acquisto di un nuovo telefonino. Ci tornerò sicuramente la voglio ringraziare ancora per la gentilezza e il sorriso purtroppo coperto dalla mascherina !

Non per il personale che è gentile e cortese, ma per la pretesa di Wind di spillare soldini in cambio di pochissimo
