Really cool tour. Wish I would have known the MRW gave the basic tour.. There was more to see. The guide we had was awesome and it was pretty cool to see something used actively during WW2.

Amazing to hear about everything that went on in these tunnels over the past hundreds of years. Our tour guide Virginia, was friendly, informative and funny. Thanks!

No slots on web site, but managed to book through a tour site? Great "standard" tour plenty to see. Away from the heat of the streets.

Great experience! The tours are guided and you can’t visit it yourself, due to quite extensive network of underground tunnels, in which you could easily get lost without a guide. You firstly walk down narrow stairs and then continue through the many tunnels that were enlarged for the shelter needs of WWII. I loved the most the forgotten car lot, that preserved the cars since 1950s! The guide was friendly, spoke good English and was willing to explain everything you ask for. Definitely a must go!

I found this to be a very interesting tour and am very happy I came across it. Tours are available in English by wonderful guides. I highly recommend!

Amazing tour - would even say one of the best guided tours I had recently. Interesting place and funky friendly guide with a great sense of humor. It could be longer but it took about an hour. There are a set times for tours in english but there was not as many visitors as we expected so it was really nice. We were here in the start of April (start of the tourist season) so no booking required - just went there randomly and were advised that the tour in EN will start in an hour. There's few coffee places near to wait. It is colder inside so it's good to have a jacket. Do note that you will finish the tour in the different side of the tunnel. Also the place accepts credit cards which we found really convinient (not really as usual as you would expect in Napoli).

Very interesting. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend but the entrance is a little hard to find
