The server was very nice. The food was not what you expect as authentic Mexican food. No guacamole as advertised. Salsa was more like tomato sauce. Carne Asada was more like a smothered steak with a white sauce. Nachos were like something you would whip up in your kitchen with any kind of cheese available, even sliced. If you walk in looking for a break from pasta, and start thinking about your taqueria from home, it will not be it. If you are ok trying an Italian twist to Mexican, it will be good with beer.
Absolutely amazing. IL moccolo is super authentic and everyone that works there is very professional. They understand English well and the dishes are amazing. Small tip. If you're used to American mexican food, this is totally different, nothing is drowned in grease at this restaurant. I will be going back many times in the next few years.
A nice and welcoming place, fast service, the food is amazing and there’s a lovely waitress.. i recommend it !
