South Europe, North Africa Middle East Society SENAME Implant Association, was established in 1999 by a collaboration between Italy and Egypt , with the aim to speed knowledge and share expertise in the field of Oral Implantology in the Mediterranean region. Under the Presidency of Prof. Gilberto Sammartino, the society continued to grow to cover 18 different countries with over 4000 members. in 2003 the Young podium was innovated in Naples for the first time in the world to give an opportunity to first timer speaker to have a chance to present and the 3 best lectures are introduced to the main podium for the attendees evaluation of the first place runner. The SENAME young podium was able to introduce quality speakers to the world main podiums.
