Terrible Product and Terrible Service. Our University bought the IR-EO plug-and-play dual camera gimbal from DroneBase. It took over 5 months to arrive, was posted to a different state over 1,000 miles away (I had to chase it up and rectify this) and arrived missing many parts (no screens, no mounts, no transmitter). After numerous emails, they sent some of the missing parts, but the gimbal controls do not work, and they will not respond to emails or reply to phone calls about the problems. They will take your money and leave you with equipment that does not work, and they don't care. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I

I have purchased the Gemini gimbal for my DJI inspire - it does not work - the image quality is terrible, there is no after sales service, I have emailed, called, messaged, I’m simply ignored. I’ve now had to involve an Italian associate to act as a contact to resolve. Stay away, you will get burned.

Non ho mai trovato un fornitore che potesse assistermi così alla grande e risolvere con dedizione e serietà ogni mio problema, neanche la casa madre dei prodotti acquistati avrebbe potuto assistermi meglio...perciò vi consiglio di valutare attentamente prima di fare un acquisto di un equipaggiamento molto importante, con Drone Base a mio modo di vedere sei più tranquillo.

ACHTUNG! Auf keinen Fall hier bestellen. Wir haben eine Dual-Gimbal-Kamera gekauft und seit nun 3,5 Wochen ist jeglicher Kontakt für notwendigen Support und etwaiger Nachbestellung abgebrochen, sodass wir in Lieferverzug kommen bei unseren Kunden. Telefonisch ist keiner mit Kenntnissen zu erreichen, sondern nur, wie es scheint, ein Telefondienst der keine Ahnung hat. Auch nach nun 8 Versuchen einen Rückruf zu bekommen hat dieser nicht stattgefunden. Die anfängliche Kommunikation über Skype ist abgebrochen. Die Nachrichten werden gelesen aber niemand reagiert. DESWEGEN VORSICHT!
