On holiday in Italy my daughters iPhone crashed during an iOS update. We had no laptop with iTunes to solve the problem. As we had already planned a visit to Verona, we Googled and found Mos80 Apple authorized service Center. We stopped by to ask if they could fix the problem. Luckily they could. Very friendly people and great service. As they were able to solve the problem within 15 minutes they made my daughter very happy as she could continue to use her iPhone during the holidays.

Ho riportato il mio iPhone 7 dopo 2 anni dalla precedente sostituzione fatta sempre da loro e mi sono sentito dire che una vitina delle due per smontare iPhone si era spanata e sfilettata . Quindi non possono sostituire la batteria ! Rispondo guardate che siete stati voi l’ultima volta a smontare il mio iPhone confermato anche da loro dopo essere andati a vedere le riparazioni . Conclusione mi viene detto non ci possono fare nulla noi non siamo stati perché i nostri cacciaviti non possono fare quello ! Infine mi hanno reso un iPhone che non posso cambiare la batteria e non mi sono minimamente venuti in contro consapevoli del danno fatto !!! Pessimi

Sono andata oggi ha riaccendere iPhone spento, Ero obbligata a fare reset totale ma loro mi hanno sistemato il problema. Simpatici e gentili, Molto disponibili ad provare varie alternative . Ora nel momento COVID loro hanno barrire protettive ma penso serva comunque la mascherina. Per il resto ho adorato il modo di fare, ed le esposizioni. Oggi un commesso parlava al telefono nell’aula dietro il banco e si sentiva dire tutto. Per il resto impeccabili
