Top memory of our trip to Italy and a must for those interested in a cooking class. Giacomo was a fantastic guide, teaching us about the history and makeup of the area during our foraging experience. I would have been happy with just that alone but then it was taken above and beyond our expectations once we got into the kitchen. In addition to Giacomo, Antonio helped each one of us with our technique in a laid back and fun manner. The menu and drink pairings were perfect. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

We had so much fun on our day with Gastronomic Trekking. The day was split up into several fun segments, forraging and learning, cooking and learning, eating, and yes, a little bit of drinking. We met some great people and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Giaccomo is a great host and we can't recommend this excursion enough, away from the hustle and bustle of Positano, it was a welcome respit from the crowds by the beach.
