Sono andato a pranzo il giorno 7.7.20 con un collega, quasi per scommessa. Siamo arrivati in un posto veramente incantevole. Paesaggio eccezionale. I titolari ci hanno accolto con estrema cordialità, disponibilità, cortesia, semplicità. Per non parlare del cibo. Ma materie prime, prodotte in loco di altissima qualità, alla riscoperta sia delle antiche tradizioni sia degli antichi sapori. Esperienza unica e rara. Ritornerò sicuramente.
