Comfortable hotel, free car parking nearby, friendly and polite staff. Rooms seems pretty old with a renovated bathroom and shared area. There is a big balcony in the room. City center easily accessible by walk. Normal/good experience Prices are friendly

Very clean room and kind staff. We had everything we needed. The free parking was especially useful! I think it could be nice a tea kettle in the room, otherwise everything was perfect.
Hotel located near the polyclinic of Modena, the largest hospital in the city, is only a few kilometers away from the city center. Hotel is easily accessible by car and has free but very small parking. I stayed in a single room, the room was small but comfortable with free pay-TV service. The bathroom is quite comfortable but the amenities are scarce: a single towel for the shower and a tiny one for the hands, no towel for the private parts !!!! A small soap and an even smaller shower gel. Furthermore, the bathroom floor was not perfectly clean. The breakfast room was large and bright and the buffet was sufficient and of a good quality. WiFi is free in the lounge and in the rooms. The reception is open from 7 to 23. Check-in after 23 must be done in a self-service way through the totem located at the entrance. The self-service check-in procedures are explained in advance by a hotel employee by telephone only a few hours before your arrival. The room price is excessive compared to the services offered.
