I bought a ticket to airport and apparently you have to get the validated somehow! So i ended up paying for another ticket!!! How am i supposed to know as a traveler?!!! This train sucks, and no wonder their train is empty. Best hope to its bankruptcy

Worst website and app I have ever used. Registered an account but couldn't logged in. I can write a much better website and app than these stuffs on my own. I cannot imagine how the service it would be.
The reception doesn’t even want to know what I concerned, just kept saying’ I understand, I understand’ what do you under, u didn’t even listen to me ! Really bad customer.
Worst customer service ever. Been standing in the queue for hours, very slow and inefficient. A hundred people in the queue and it's not moving. People have trains to catch and places to go. Where is the management? Several people keep walking past going into back offices. They need more people on the desks servicing the queue. Very poor. Avoid this company at all costs.
The worst service I’ve ever seen. Your trains can be cancelled at any moment without clear reason. Ok, once your train is cancelled, you don’t know where to get more information. You’re going to biglietteria and trying to find out how to refund money for tickets, you meet inside mature man with Trenitalia’s Customer Care Service vest (ha-ha), but he can’t speak English at all, telling you something in Italian, waving his arms and then just ignoring you. I certainly don’t recommend Trenitalia to people value their time. Very disappointed in treatment of tourists in the last day of my trip.
The website was relatively easy to use.. but the stupid “class” system is terrible to the next level! It was also outdated information on what is “served” in the classes. We opted to go from economy to business and were sorely disappointed... yeah sure the seat is slightly bigger. But the price difference is phenomenal for nothing special. Seriously just travel in couch.. the chairs don’t even recline in business and you get a bag of chips and a 70ml bottle of water, not to mention the boarding system is horrible and no order even when you reserve seats.. The chair was filthy and sticky BOTH ways and all 4 chairs we had and here is the proof of ONE chair wipe.
I'm a local that generally travels privately. Small complaint that on a very early train I booked a1st class I found a few tramps happily resting and then travelling on it. No one guarding the train - guess too expensive. The control guy passed but who is he to move a 3 tramps I found only in the first cabin.
The worst service ever!!! We wanted to buy tickets in the machines but they didn't work. There was nobody who would help us. When I asked for help, the lady told me to go to queue and ignored me. All I wanted was just information where can I get help. It was so rude!
