I bought a snowboard from Sport Mission last year. Due to the manufacture error I needed to return the snowboard and they send me a new one. However, the board they have sent has the same error. I contacted them again but they stop answering me. I have sent them photos of the board Sport Mission sent me as a replacement and Burton customers support told me that this board should be replaced but because I bought it from Sport Mission Burton cannot send me a new board directly. I do not recommend. Edit: Respond to you reply: I have been through a lot of Burton snowboard past 10 years and this was my third Burton snowboard with this issue. The firs time was on Burton Skeleton Key Twin (bought through official Burton store) and the second one was on Custom (bought through coyoti.com). In both cases the boards was replaced with no question asked. If you do not believe me, you can contact burton support and ask for ticket number 00105119. I had a conversation (20. jan. 2021) with Andrea R., who told me that you should be notified by their dealer service about my case. As I already told, I just wanted a respond to my emails from you and all this public exposure could be avoided.
