To anyone that is looking to see life with a positive outlook I totally recommend this meditation. Once you start cleansing your mind you are able to see what is truly important. What I like the most is everything you realize yourself, helpers are there to support but the experience is fully yours. This is definitely the most comfortable place to meditate in Milan. The staff members are very kind and helpful. Nice and peaceful atmosphere. The meditation method really worked to clear my thoughts, and the peace of mind I found through the meditation practice stayed with me for a long time.
