I was firstly really satisfied with this agency. It is a couple of months that their staff are acting in a very strange way. They started to enter the apartment without previously sent emails. This is something against privacy. In previous months, they sent email to all tenants before entering the apartment but currently seems they changed their policy. Even they have not apologized for such a behavior!!! They also started to refuse their first official statement on renting some apartments only to females. Firstly, they asked for negotiation on this point, but at the end they did not even answer to the emails. They just followed the way which brings them more money. The current pandemic has affected the situation of all businesses but taking responsibility and following the morality should be a long-term strategy which unfortunately this agency has forgot.

As a current tenant, I can confirm that Dovevivo lies to and mistreats its tenants. On handling the issue of my internet connection which has been requested months ago by both me and my flatmate, Dovevivo has repeatedly hung up the phone when questioned, and refuses even now to answer to me in their maintenance platform regarding the fact that they lied to me when saying that they requested a line upgrade from @vodafone while vodafone has provided me the information in writing that this did not happen actually.

Very very disappointed. I had vacated my room in April 2020 and the rules are if I find a replacement, I don't have to pay a fine. I found replacement 3 times, and dove vivo has not responded to any. Later after attempting several times to contact them, a colleague from dove vivo called me and spoke about it. She told me that it is their mistake not replying and told me I don't have to pay a fine. So they had to return a part of my money from my deposit. But after that, I did not receive any messages from them. She told me she will contact me by June. Which she didn't. I made my friend in Milan to go there and talk as they were not responding to any messages on the app. Now they have added more fine's and asking me to pay for it, which is not fair at all. They told me I don't have to pay the cancellation fee and now they are asking me to pay that along with more fines for every month. They clearly don't respond properly at all. Instead, they keep sending fine. I want my deposit money back.

After having terrible experiences with Milan agencies, working with Dove Vivo was complete 180 turn. They were very responsive and allowed us to move in the day after we viewed the apartment. They are very transparent and worked with us to get moved in as soon as possible.
