A Mal

It is hard to find a nicer looking studio! The practicing area has tall windows ensuring plenty of natural light in every corner. There is a relaxing space with a table, couches and wide choices of yogi teas. The studio offers a broad selection of yoga classes. Avoid Yin yoga if you are not fluent in Italian - the class was good but included a long read of Jonathan Livingston Seagull extracts and it would have made little sense to non native speaker practitioners

Un piccolo regno di gioia e relax. I corsi di yoga sono fantastici. Hanno una vasta scelta di corsi e insegnanti. A struttura è bellissima: ampia e luminosa. L'atmosfera è stupenda. All'interno ci sono anche sale per massaggi e visite ayurvediche. Io vado tutte le settimane e ogni volta che ci metto piede sono felice.
