Friendly staff and beautiful butik. I would've give them 5 if they had the shoes I was looking for. It was sold out from all their stores in Europe

The 2 stars should reflect our experience in this particular store and in no way reflect on the brand itself which we know produces fine quality items. My wife was ready to shop in this store during our most recent trip to Milan. Woman working there simply didn't seem motivated to help us even after we started browsing the eyewear on display for a couple of minutes. She instead awkwardly followed us around, without saying a single word to us. (Oh God, are we being profiled as shoplifters? lol) Super awkward cold vibes so we simply walked out. It's a shame because the products from Bottega Veneta are very good but this particular store lost our sales to Prada where we were treated like valued customers the moment we set foot in the store.

Excellent customer service, helpful, took the time to help me find a bag that fits my personality. After my purchase they even suggested a wonderful locals bar near-by and drew me a map for how to get there. Thank you the bar was excellent! (You told me to let you know if I liked it, so here it is!)
