A division of Networks Europe, audio4education is specialised in voice and music recordings for language courses, audio books, online dictionaries and educational products. Over the past 15 years, we have recorded over 1000 language courses for children of all school ages and for adult learners of British English, American English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Production headquarters, with five remote recording studios, are in Milan, Italy, backed up by a five-person post production team in the UK. Four in-house producers follow all projects from start to finish, following a project delivery schedule tailor-made for clients' production requirements. Recording locations are always chosen to suit client needs. Young voice talent (6 to18-year-olds) is sourced through national theatre schools, where we audition twice-yearly to maintain variety and quality. We also record live situations, interviews and phone conversations for use in business and other courses; we produce chapterised audiobooks and audio apps for mobile devices and tablets; we recently recorded over 500,000 words and phrases in 26 languages for a Harper Collins on-line dictionary.
