We had a great experience with VeniceShuttle. They offer a professional and very reliable service. Booking is a breeze, just fill in the form on their website and you get a reply almost instantly. Extras like booster seats for kids can be arranged and without additional charge. Prices are very fair for a trip to Cavallino-Treporti. Our driver was very friendly and welcoming and offered help and advice when needed. The driver was already waiting when we arrived at the train station and was very punctual for the return trip. Also worth mentioning is the cleanliness of the cars. We will definitely choose VeniceShuttle again next time. Thank you for your great service
One of the best things we did when planning our trip to Venice was to book a shuttle service to meet us at the airport. We chose and booked online VENICESHUTTLE SNC. We also booked them for transport to our cruise and then from the cruise to the airport. It was an excellent choice! They do land service AND water taxi service. The boat was a beautiful mahogany boat. The service was superb! They gave us helpful advise, were responsive to our schedule, punctual, and were very friendly. They also do Tours to Dolomites. AMAZING!!!! As a travel agent in the United States, it is most important to work with professional, dependable/courtesy companies when servicing your clients. Most times the transportation company is the start of their vacation and can set the tone of the vacation. I have been working with Veniceshuttle for over 4 years.
