I cannot say the food was bad, it was ok. Kindly service, during pandemic almost empty place. Tables quite dirty, not often cleaned though. What was not ok is that served food doesn’t even laid next to those from pictures.

Me and my wife just ordered 2 McDonald’s meals large and for some reason my chips and drink were an extra 20cents. The staff were really rude in demanding that I order before I was ready. The lady slammed the tray down and gave me a half empty fry packet and did not offer me any sauces. Whilst I was still looking at the menu she spoke to me and when I told her I was English and didn’t know much Italian she replied “English or not , you still need to order now !” Very rude and would not recommend. Go to the pizza place next door.
One of the worst McDonalds I had been to. Expensive and portions are super small. Coffee taste like water as well, and the staff are not helpful

They had straws for coke! 5 stars for it! Because in Italy it was a problem, some McDonalds doesn’t have straws at all. Nuggets were ok, but usually they are more hot. McWrap Tasty — two were ok, and the third one was a mess — all the filling was outside of pita.
Almost 8:30, but McDonald's is still closed!!! No info regarding working hours. Just terrible place.
After a horrible journey and a lost baggage, I head to McDonald's for a quick dinner. While the customer experience is usually pretty basic at McDonald's, here I was welcomed with a great smile and a nice sounding voice by the employee who served me. I pay for the meal and the salad I order is apparently not available so she tries to figure out what other vegan option she can offer me. The whole interaction was very nice and I really wanna give kudos to this lady. most of the time a simple smile can change a day. Thanks again. P.s. yes, the restaurant is a lil more expensive than usual Italian McDonald's but the portions were very big too!!
