Incredible tour. Huge value, we got to see and make cheese in the factory, see and make different types of pasta in the bakery, see the dairy farm/cows, and sit down to try various cheeses with wine. Great value and Angela was lovely and really informative. Would recommend to any friend passing through this area. The Masseria where you can stay is also beautiful.

I took the 2-3 hour tour and tasting. We spent time with the men making mozzerella and burrata, tried to make shapes ourselves, and learned about the process. We spent time with the women making bread and had a chance to learn how to make pasta as well. There was also interesting information on the cows, horses, and other animals on the farm. The masseria host, and all of the folks producing the food, took significant time from their work to be friendly and helpful - I felt very welcome there. It's a small and authentic working farm - they make cheese, wine, cured meats, flour - all on a small scale. And the "tasting" at the end was essentially lunch, with a large selection of cheeses, some pepper bruschetta, and cured meats. and wine! It was a fun and educational few hours that exceeded my expectations and felt like a good value for a memorable experience.
