What a great experience! My mom and I took a girls trip to Italy end of October 2018. From day 1, the experience with Susy was seamless. She stayed in constant touch with my on whatsapp and answered any questions I had. We booked a transfer from Rome FCO to Sorrento. She was extremely helpful in coordinating airport pickup at such a busy airport. Our driver was excellent and very helpful, giving us info on the coast from a local's perspective. Susy also helped us book an excellent capri boat tour. Enchanting Sorrento is a small family owned business and the personal attention shows. the prices were extremely competitive as well ( I am a very thorough travel researcher and usually look at a bunch of places before I book). I definitely recommend this company
