We had a great time and we were able to recreate the dishes at home. Really enjoyed this experience and loved meeting Marco and his family. Here's a picture of one of the dishes I made at home after following the directions from Marco.

My daughter and I spent a great day cooking with Marco. We cooked a great 3 course meal and then enjoyed eating it in the garden with him. Marco was a fantastic teacher, making things very interesting and created a great learning environment. I would highly recommend him.
Chef Marco hosted a tiramisu class for our group of 30 bartenders and was brilliant. Our guests loved it! I highly recommend his class :)
Our group of friends were renting a villa at Lake Como and we prepared a totally fantastic meal together with Marco! We all had a fantastic day learning how to make pasta and cook with Marco. He taught us how to make homemade pasta, ossobuco and tiramisu, and we all sat down and had a great meal together with everything we created. Marco is probably the most patient man alive and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even stayed to clean up which wasn't necessary. The cost and value for what we got was excellent and if we were to return to the area we would get Marco again rather than eat out. I'm glad we found Marco because this experience was the highlight of our trip.
Marco came to the villa our family was renting, and together we prepared a totally fantastic meal! We were having a celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary, and there were 12 present. Six of us worked with Marco on the dinner. Marco was so patient with us! And so knowledgeable to answer all our questions about ingredients and techniques. The cost was entirely reasonable--and Marco did the clean up. Should we have opportunity to return to Italy, we will most definitely ask him again!
