I received an email from PromoClima immediately after placing my order, which said, I would be notified when my order was shipped - GREAT. A week has gone by and I have not heard anything else from them - NOT SO GREAT. If it is going to take more than a week to dispatch an order a follow-up email would be nice, just to reassure the customer that everything is still okay with the order and perhaps even give an estimate of when the order might ship. Also, I had a problem with my initial order, but I have NOT received any response to any of the emails I have sent (3 in total). Also, when I called PromoClima on the telephone I ask if anyone there spoke English and the person on the other end of the phone said, NO! and immediately hung-up - DISGRACEFUL

Ho ordinato dal sito Promoclima una nuova caldaia. Acquistata ad un prezzo molto competitivo rispetto a quelli trovati in altri posti. La cosa che più ho apprezzato è stata la velocità con cui mi è arrivata a casa. In meno di 24 ore dall'acquisto la caldaia età già a casa mia. Molto soddisfatta.
Ottimo venditore prezzi concorrenziali, seri preparati, servizio clienti comprensivi e attenti alle esigenze del cliente, risolte le criticità dovute al trasportatore che ha maltrattato la spedizione. Sostituzione veloce delle parti danneggiate. Assolutamente consigliato per prezzi allettanti e per la serietà.
