Great Service but a little on the pricey side!

Wandered in here while on holiday in Rome. Such amazingly presented location I honestly didn't think it was a Laundry place. Did an excellent job of getting some stains out of a nitted jumper. Friendly staff, great location, best Landry in the world. Genuinely gives the luxury experience at a reasonable price.

To be fair the lady didn’t speak a lot English so she was not able to explain properly that they still charge full price even if the stains don’t come off and the jumper shrinks. So 16euros later, I have a little cleaner but smaller jumper. It’s annoying as I specifically said don’t dry it, I can take it wet and let it dry slow at home.
