We ate at the Imperfetto thanks to our air bnb host recommendation and we didn’t regret it. From starter to desert everything was refined and delicious ! Special « coup de cœur » for the desert, we choose the Vanillia mousse with pecorino and peach sauce to share, it was AMAZING ! The waitress was also adorable ! Warmly recommend !

Classic Sardinian fare in white tablecloth setting. Great food, local wine, and attentive service. The ragu was especially good.
