Ho ordinato un articolo, ne ho ricevuto uno dello stesso genere ma completamente diverso, per codici dimensioni e peso. Senza che ne fossi stato avvertito. Accordata la restituzione ma con le spese a mio carico, nonostante l'errore fosse addebitabile a loro. Costretto a tenerlo, giacché le spese di spedizione sarebbero ammontate alla metà del costo del prodotto. Assoluta mancanza di serietà professionale, \SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE\ per evitare ad altri eventuali inganni e spiacevoli sorprese.

Das Gefühl von guter Beratung hat gefehlt, es war eher eine Null- Bock Stimmung als es um eine Reparatur ging. Vielleicht ist es beim Verkauf anders. Vielleicht habe ich einen schlechten Tag erwischt.
