If you're visiting Catania you have to visit this place. It's a typical Sicilian open market in an old part of the city with locals offering and buying fresh fish.

I think this place is just a traditional market as you can see anywhere. But I recommend visiting here if you want to buy some fruits, because the fruits are so cheap that you can taste Sicilia's fruits :-)
