Locating in Waldorf Rome Cavalier Hotel, I would say one of the best restaurants in Rome, providing very fine cuisine with wide selections of wine and water, superior service and awesome food quality, totally worth the visit!

Absolutely great restaurant in the heart of Rome. We enjoyed our dinner in every way. Highly recommended. Just today, we are discussing this experience with our eldest son in the context of explaining Michelin stars. EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME... This restaurant is worth booking first then plan your trip to Rome around it. From cocktails on the terrace you are guaranteed an exceptional experience. Having eaten in 3 Michelin Star restaurants throughout the world, La Pergola is in the top five. Each course takes you on a gastronomic journey, we opted for a wine pairing with the Gourmet Menu.
The food here was absolutely incredible!! A phenomenal experience. We did a 10 course meal. The dishes were creative and fun. The wine pairing was outstanding. Our service on point!! The chef even came out to greet our table. I highly recommend eating here!!
I have to be honest. I had been to lots of stars Resturant around the world. I can say this one they have the quality and standard to become star restaurant but whether it really deserves a 3 stars. I don’t think so. 2 May be, The creativity of the food is def not inspiring to me. Decoration or food or presentation is good. What I believe is the creativity of the chef on food rather than just presentation. Quality of food is excellent service was up to standard.... just lack of creativity.... Not par to other 3 stars nearby in EU. Sorry. But again, they are also a must come of u can in Rome. Fantastic view for lunch and dinner. Lovely,.. Water Menu, Coffee and Tea Menu which is fancy for people like me who is Asian not experiencing that much and hundreds of different types of water and coffee... interesting...
