I have been more than three months ago I ordered a small bathtub and it was sent to the end of August but still nothing, I have not written back now. Scammers go to the police stole my money what a shame company. I do not recommend it to anyone. scammers.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a car seat Galileo by Inglesina. I was initially worried because the shop did not have it in stock. I emailed the company explaining my urgency and they immediately obtained it from the manufacturer. I received it today and I can't express well enough how delighted I was when the courier knocked at my door. Nice packaging, fair price, great attention to customer. Very happy mum !

If i had the option to leave 0 stars i would. I have ordered a travel set and i explained the urgency. Every week they tell me that my order will be dispatched next friday and its already a month. I am giving birth soon and don't have my order. Funny thing they are very quick deducting the money from your account but not that much in responding and following up with the delivery details. shame if i knew how horrible is the customer service i wouldn't have ordered from them. I am just hoping that someone will reply so i don't have to order from another store and loose my money. Of course after leaving a bad review the customer service contacted me saying that the items has been forwarded to me and they will send me the shipping details shortly as you can see below on the reply. Guess what 2 days later still no reply. The status is still \under process\ and not completed and i am still waiting for a reply. If i wont received any update until the end of the day i will despute the charges with my bank. This is absolutely ridiculous. They have stressed me so much with this situation. Shame

How else would I describe my purchase experience other than perfect? I bought this great Peg Perego tide-on toy, a replica of a John Deere tractor, and these people were able to pull out a miracle, despite Brexit, despite COVID-19, despite the situation at the UK border in the past few days...the vehicle was delivered to my son yesterday! One day before Christmas! You all should have seen his eyes when the delivery man rang at out door with this huge package at his feet. It is impossible to show my gratitude because one thing is to create expectations, another is to deliver them. Very happy mum...by the way, my son made me recharge the battery four times already since last night...please give me a break...
