Perfect place to get my backpack fixed while traveling through Rome. Some of my straps were broken after checking my bag at the airport. I dropped my bag off at about 10:30am and it was all fixed and ready to pick up by 4:00pm that same day. All for only 12 Euro. The woman working there did not speak much English, but luckily another customer came by to translate for me. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend if you need some repairs done on your luggage in Rome!

un anno che ho portato l ombrellone a riparare , fatto prezzo subito x la riparazione dopo 5 mesi li ho contattati il ricambi era in arrivo , li ricontatto dopo un mese , il ricambio ancora non era arrivato , li contatto dopo due mesi il ricambio era sbagliato ... e un anno che lo hanno li da loro , non ti chiamano non ti avvisano e si straniscono pure per telefono se chiedi una tempistica ... pessimi mai piu non so se fargli scrivere dall avvocato e chiedere un risarcimento danni ... sicuramente vado in finanza e vedo se posso fare qualcosa anche perche li ho pagati edopo un anno non ho ancora nulla...
