These photos are at 330 am in FCO. There were two staff for all of these paying customers. Why have I been waiting in line for over an hour? The employees walk in ten minutes late and take there time. No consideration for the CUSTOMER that have to catch flights on time. This is not the SKY TEAM WAY (KLM)I will never book/ connect with this airline I don’t care how much more I have to pay. This is unacceptable!

I am really, really upset and frustrated with KLM. My flight to Peru was cancelled in March due to Covid and after 7 E-Mails and 3 phone calls with KLM, they rejected my refund inquiry \due to incorrect information at the claim of reimbursement\. I really understand that Covid is an unforseen circumstance and all have to struggle but i tried to clarify refunds in 10 different ways and I did not get any proposed solution from KLM. This is really frustrating!
