JUST Sailing is the sailing school I was looking for! Communication with the office is very easy. Claire is well organised, her booking process is smooth and she is very helpful with all information I've requested. Geoff our instructor makes the learning magic! With patience and competence he shares his knowledge, not only what to do but also why do it. In so doing he enables to take own's decisions while sailing. Also he immediately puts the learning into action, in real. Often without notice... just as it might happen. That was great! In few days, Geoff definitely helped me to find the confidence I needed, and brought all crew members to a further level with sailing. A massive thanks!
A wonderful experience. I did my RYA Day Skipper while the rest of the family (wife and 3 boys 16, 14 and 10) gained their Competent Crew / Start Yachting over the week. The Maud Ellen is a comfortable cruising yacht and of course the Italian coastline is spectacular. Ian is not only a first rate sailing teacher but also a great cook, entertainer, raconteur and all round good bloke. Booking the holiday was easy too - Claire was always helpful, very well organised and made sure we were fully prepared for the trip. Definitely would do it again!
Thank you so much for this amazing week Geoff! I couldn't wish for a better teacher. We learned a lot about sailing in general, boat handling and security and had a lot of fun too! Highly recommended.
Did my RYA Day Skipper with Geoff's Just Sailing - and what a wonderful week it was! Geoff is a highly competent, knowledgeable, patient and fun instructor and found the perfect balance between teaching us a lot and making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Six stars!!! We will be back!
