I haven’t had Jollibee for awhile now, so when we dropped by to Rome I was so excited for Jollibee. To my dismay the Fries wasn’t fully cooked, it was kinda cold freeze texture then the rice is missing to my order also they didn't give us any sauce. The arrangement of our to-go was kinda messy. The spaghetti was kinda dry.Not to mention our order took so long, we waited longer than others who came after us given that their order was more .lol. My advice is that you check your to-go 1st before leaving the store.

It is definitely better than the one in Milan since you can just order stuff without going to the counter since they have 3 electronic devices where you can order stuff but the problem with this, its just sometimes it doesn't work (but it's just one) and it's very near to the Metro and the Vatican City!! So it's really a perfect place for a Filipino to go :D

With COVID I can understand that food are only served as take away. However, they did not make sure items ordered were all there! Nor pack it right! It was messy! The drinks were watery to a point that it tasted like coke flavored water! Maybe dine in experience could be better. But since that is unavailable, they should make sure customers will continue to enjoy their meals and not disgusted when they open the bag!

Regular chicken fast food (KFC style) but with some Pilipino addictions (rice, pineapple, gravy sauce). If you have never tried it before, I suggest hot dog and aloha burger (with pineapple). After ten days from the opening there's no more long filipinos crowd outside, that means no excessive waiting time. Recommended for first timers!

Definitely not the best Jollibee that I have been to. Thanks to Covid-19 and social distancing requirements, this place is very crowded and slow. As much food is made as fast as possible and it shows in the quality, which was below average. Perhaps once the pandemic is over and the pace slows, they can produce food that is up to Jollibee standards.

Unfortunately due to the current situation they only accommodate "take-outs." But the operating hours remain the same just expect a long que. Best seller as of now is the yam burger and hotdog. Easy to locate, between ottaviano metro station and risorgimento.
