A really nice experience with the salesperson, more surprised than expected

I received such a great service at Jo Malone, from beginning to end. The girl who works there was really helpful and knew what I could lilke, basing on my taste. She let me decide and I could not resist buying a perfume, which I think they are very good. When you enter you can feel the amazing smell and the store is also very well done, everything is in place and really aesthetically pleasing, as you would expect from a brand like Jo Malone. I really reccomend it.

Bellissima esperienza di shopping, personalizzazione del coperchio velocissima e molto ricercata e fine. La fragranza non sono tantissime, ma le candele bianche sono meravigliose e profumatissime!
Sono recentemente stata nella boutique ‘Jo Malone’ per scoprire le fragranze che quest’ ultimo propone. Sono stata accolta dalla responsabile con gentilezza e devo ammettere che non essendo a conoscenza di questa profumeria, è stata anche molto paziente nello spiegarmi e indirizzarmi sulla fragranza che facesse al caso mio. Infine mi sono sentita coccolata, e ho adorato il packaging del prodotto: molto curato, e che ha sicuramente lasciato la firma! Ci tornerò al più presto!!!
