This is a wonderful store. I received exceptional customer service from Torrini’s. I ordered a 24 K gold Florin (coin) plus chain and it is just beautiful . Better yet, I did all this by email! I am in the USA so making this purchase via email was special and very helpful. . It was gratifying and reassuring to receive emails and pictures of the coin and bezel I wanted to purchase prior to closure. Many years ago, I visited Florence and purchased an 18K gold Florin coin but later after the death of my husband, it was stolen. Because of sentimental value, I was heartbroken. To replace it with the beautiful coin I just received was heartwarming. Many thanks to Guido Torrini and staff for this lovely purchase.
