Been there many years ago. Great place, and amazing value for the money. Everyone were very pleasant. We had 3 meals every day, and it was amazing. Beach is just around the corner, 1 minute walk. Also hotel gives free bikes to use. Room was very clean. There is a small hotel parking, and plenty place around hotel to park, also there is paid parking near by.

There is no fridge in the rooms in the 21st century, or it is closed with padlock and you have to pay it 2.5/day. I could not believe it! The rooftop rooms are so small that is not comfort able. Wifi is weak on rooftop and always long process to connect. Beach - close to the hotel- and breakfast is ok.
The staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and decorated with creative touches. Accommodations with AC and balconies on every room. Proximity 2 blocks from the beach. The breakfast is typical of Italy.
I thought some sound proofing of the rooms were standard in hotels. Apparently not. The cute dog in the reception barks you awake at eight. Otherwise it's an average hotel. Nice staff, acceptable room standard and ok breakfast.
During emergencies the staff is not prepared even with a bag of ice. English is an unknown language and the only preventage from severe bleeding is a bandage with exactlty 3cm space for the injured spot. The terrace openes really hard, but "luckily" when you manage to do it the only thing that is left in you, after the "stunning" view of the street full of international buses, is the pain in your finger/s, which leads to bleeding, swelling or even the lack of pleasure to have a nail. The breakfast is deprived of variety and taste. But for that they compensate with the ammount of sugar on your cup's bottom. The hair - dryer works from 8:30 wich leaves the people with early plans without any change to dry their hair for the planned walk in Venice. The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK in each room. You literary freeze. Thanks that they have put thick blanket to feel the blood circulating to your fingers and back to your head.

- the beds only have a length of 190cm and in the first room it was soft as jelly - the first room in which we needed to stay for half of our one week stay, had only 12 square meters including the "bathroom". - the (first) bathroom was so small thetoilet and the bidet had to be cut out in the shower cabin - which means after every shower the whole two squarmeter room was flooded. - the air conditions are powered off middays and in the small rooms they are pointed straight at the beds. - the evening buffet we got offered was just a menu. You could choose between two first dishes (usually pasta or rice, as normal in Italy) and two second dishes, which reminded more of cheap takeaway dinner. "Burger" means meatball and a handful of fries, "grilled sausages" means one half sliced wiener with a handful of fries and "caprese" is a half meat tomato in 4 slices, one ball of cowmilk mozzarella and one whole leaf of basil. The only better meal at the evening was fish, although it still had it's kidney inside and the fishbones dissolved from the spine, because it was cooked with lemon slices inside
The room was always clean,the staff nice and helpful,the breakfast delicious. I really enjoyed staying here.
